# TENGEN: Termination of investment totaling USD 16 million in the Cambodia joint venture

TENGEN announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary TENGEN International Development Co., Ltd. plans to jointly invest with Hongkong Vesta Holdings Co., Limited to establish a joint venture in Cambodia, with a total investment of USD 16 million. Due to changes in market conditions and customer situations, the two parties were unable to reach an agreement on certain specific matters and decided to terminate this external investment. Currently, both parties have reached an agreement on the termination of the investment, and after the company's review and approval, they intend to sign a relevant "Contract Termination Agreement." This termination of the investment will not have a significant adverse impact on the production and operation activities and financial status of the listed company and its subsidiaries
