# FRKJ: Chairman Zhang Jingzhong resigns due to impending retirement age and job transfer

On the evening of July 10, FRKJ announced that the company's board of directors received a resignation letter submitted by Chairman Zhang Jingzhong. Zhang Jingzhong applied to resign from his positions as Chairman of the Third Board of Directors, Director, Chairman of the Strategic Committee, Member of the Nomination Committee, Member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee due to his upcoming retirement age and job transfer. After Zhang Jingzhong's resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the date of this announcement, Zhang Jingzhong holds 2,381,500 shares of the company, and there are no commitments that he has failed to fulfill. His shares will be managed in strict accordance with relevant regulatory requirements
