According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FASTPRINT (002436.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Qiu Xingya plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 25,343,989 shares, which is no more than 1.5021% of the total share capital of the company after excluding the shares held in the repurchase special account
