36Kr learned that Changling Hydraulic announced that Hexin Polang intends to make a tender offer to acquire 17,290,448 shares of the company, accounting for 12.00% of the total share capital, with an offer price of 36.24 yuan per share. This tender offer is contingent upon Hexin Tingtao and Chenglian Shuangying's agreement to acquire 43,211,714 shares of the company. After the completion of the tender offer, Hexin Polang and its concerted parties will hold a maximum of 60,502,162 shares of the company, accounting for 41.99% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, the actual controller of the listed company will change to Hu Kangqiao. This tender offer is not intended to terminate the company's listing status. The company's stock will resume trading on July 11
