DEZHAN HEALTHCARE announced that its shareholder Shanghai Yueye, holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by 62.0453 million shares through public auction, accounting for 2.87% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Shanghai Yueye's holdings decreased from 199 million shares to 137 million shares, with the shareholding ratio dropping from 9.20% to 6.34%. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not adversely affect the company's normal production and operations
