According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LMGF (002734.SZ) has recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller Li Ming regarding the plan to reduce his shareholding in the company. Li Ming intends to reduce his shareholding in the company by no more than 13.1049 million shares (accounting for 3% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares) through block trading and centralized bidding within 90 calendar days after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
