# SHUANGHUAN COMPANY plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHUANGHUAN COMPANY (002472.SZ) has released a draft for the 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The source of the stocks for the employee stock ownership plan will be the shares repurchased and held in the company's dedicated repurchase securities account. After being reviewed and approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, this employee stock ownership plan will acquire and hold the company shares held in the dedicated repurchase securities account through non-trading transfers and other legally permitted methods, totaling no more than 10.392177 million shares, accounting for 1.23% of the company's current total share capital. The transfer price for the shares acquired through the stock ownership plan is set at 15.78 yuan per share.

The duration of this stock ownership plan is 36 months, calculated from the date the draft of this stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
