Bank stocks continued to decline in the closing hours, with nearly 20 stocks including SPD Bank, Bank of Changsha, CZBANK, Hua Xia Bank, and ZRCBANK falling over 2%. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China are both close to turning negative
