# SWEC: Subsidiary Nantong SWEC plans to contribute RMB 299 million to establish the Chongqing Liangjiang Industrial Fund

SWEC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Nantong SWEC Technology Development Co., Ltd. plans to participate in the investment to establish the Chongqing Liangjiang Chip Venture Capital Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership. Nantong SWEC will contribute 299 million yuan as a limited partner. The target fundraising scale of the partnership is tentatively set at 1 billion yuan, with Nantong SWEC holding a 29.90% stake in the Chongqing Liangjiang Industrial Fund. The main investment direction is integrated circuits and their upstream and downstream industrial chains, while also considering investments in high-quality enterprises that align with national policy directions and possess core technologies and broad market prospects, including but not limited to growth and mature enterprises in the new generation information technology sector and unlisted companies, in fields such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and new energy
