According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PHOENIX PROPERTY (600716.SH) disclosed its preliminary profit announcement for the first half of 2025, expecting a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company to be between 10 million and 12 million yuan, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit. It is expected that the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, will also be between 10 million and 12 million yuan for the first half of 2025
