Zhongyuan Expressway announced that the company has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to publicly issue corporate bonds totaling no more than 2 billion yuan and perpetual corporate bonds totaling 4 billion yuan to professional investors. The above approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration consent, and the company can issue corporate bonds and perpetual corporate bonds in installments during the validity period of the registration. The company will handle the relevant matters of this issuance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the approval documents, combined with funding needs and market conditions, and will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
