# ST JFLB: The controlling shareholder and actual controller terminate the agreement for transfer; the actual controllers remain Lin Haoliang and Lin Ruowen

\*ST JFLB announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lin Haoliang and Lin Ruowen, have terminated the "Share Transfer Agreement" and "Voting Rights Waiver Agreement" signed with Shanghai Yuan Yi Cheng Wu Technology Co., Ltd. on July 11, 2025. According to the agreement, Lin Haoliang intended to transfer 6.82% of shares, and Lin Ruowen intended to transfer 6.48% of shares, totaling a transfer of 13.30% of shares, with a transfer price of 346 million yuan. Due to the actual controller of the transferee being involved in a family property liquidation dispute, the transaction was terminated by mutual agreement of both parties, and the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers remain Lin Haoliang and Lin Ruowen
