# IAT sues Nio over technical commissioning development contract dispute

According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, recently, Tianjin IAT Automotive Engineering Technology Development Co., Ltd. has a new court announcement regarding a technical entrustment development contract dispute with the related company of Nezha Automobile, Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. The plaintiff is Tianjin IAT Automotive Engineering Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the case will be heard on July 16 at the Intermediate People's Court of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. According to media reports, based on information released by IAT, Hozon New Energy is one of its long-term clients, and both parties have deep cooperation in vehicle model research and development. The Nezha automobile models designed by IAT include Nezha N01 and Nezha U. In addition, IAT also provides technical services such as complete vehicle research and development for Hozon New Energy
