# ChenXi Aviation: Universal Star Control plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3% of the company's shares

ChenXi Aviation announced that its shareholder, Huanyu Xingkong, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding trading within three months after the announcement date, and by no more than 2% of the company's total share capital through block trading. Huanyu Xingkong currently holds 14.01% of the company's shares, and the reason for the reduction is to meet its own funding needs
