# WINTAO COMM. has been filed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected illegal activities such as false recording of financial data

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WINTAO COMM. (301139.SZ) announced that on July 11, 2025, it received a "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 03720253016) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC"). Due to the company's suspected illegal activities, including false records in financial data of annual reports and other information disclosure documents, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the company in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China
