# Two limited partners of Leapmotor reduced their holdings by 4.6 million H shares

> Leapmotor announced a change in the shareholding of its single largest shareholder group. Two limited partners will reduce their holdings of 4.6 million H shares in the company held by Hangzhou Mingzhao. After completion, Hangzhou Mingzhao will continue to hold 6.2 million H shares on behalf of managing partner Zhu Jiangming. Zhu Jiangming, Fu Liquan, and their affiliated companies collectively hold 200 million H shares and 128 million domestic shares, accounting for approximately 24.64% of the company's total share capital

LEAPMOTOR (09863.HK) announced a change in the shareholding of its largest single shareholder group. Two limited partners will reduce their holdings of 4.6 million H shares in the company held by Hangzhou Mingzhao. After completion, Hangzhou Mingzhao will continue to hold 6.2 million H shares on behalf of managing partner Zhu Jiangming. Zhu Jiangming, along with Fu Liquan and their affiliated companies, collectively hold 200 million H shares and 128 million domestic shares, accounting for approximately 24.64% of the company's total share capital
