# KINGDOM's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.04%

According to the announcement from JINZHENG Co., Ltd. (600446.SH), Mr. Zhao Jian plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date of this reduction plan, with a maximum reduction of 17.7 million shares, not exceeding 1.87% of the company's total share capital.

Due to personal financial needs, Mr. Xu Minbo also plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date of this reduction plan, with a maximum reduction of 11.1 million shares, not exceeding 1.17% of the company's total share capital
