# Realcan: Han Chunlin resigns as director and vice president

On July 13th, Realcan announced that the company's director and vice president, Han Chunlin, applied to resign from his positions as director and vice president of the company and all other positions in the company and its subsidiaries for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Han Chunlin's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Han Chunlin does not hold any company stock and there are no unfulfilled commitments
