# FUDA ALLOY plans to acquire no less than 51% equity in TOPCon battery silver paste company Guangda Electronics

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FUDA ALLOY (603045.SH) announced that on July 13, 2025, the company signed a "Letter of Intent for Acquisition of Zhejiang Guangda Electronics Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Letter of Intent") with shareholders Wang Zhongnan, Wenzhou Chuangda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Wenzhou Zhenyi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), etc. The company intends to acquire no less than 51% of the equity of the target company in cash. The final transaction price will be determined through negotiation among all parties after the company and its appointed intermediaries complete due diligence, auditing, and evaluation procedures, and will be subject to the final formal acquisition agreement.

Upon completion of this transaction, Guangda Electronics will become a controlling subsidiary of the listed company. The listed company will add a conductive silver paste business based on its existing contact materials, composite contacts, and contact components in the electrical contact industry, further enriching the industrial chain of electrical metal materials. This is conducive to fully leveraging the synergies between both parties in silver powder preparation processes, silver reduction research directions, and material cost reduction, forming new profit growth points, further enhancing the company's profitability and sustainability, and improving the overall competitiveness of the company, in line with national industrial policies and the company's development needs, benefiting both the company and its shareholders.

It is reported that Guangda Electronics is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of electronic paste products, with products widely used in fields such as solar photovoltaics and electronic components. Currently, the main product is TOPCon battery silver paste. Photovoltaic silver paste is mainly applied to the front and back electrodes of crystalline silicon solar cells to collect and export the current generated by silicon-based solar cells.

Guangda Electronics has achieved independent research and production of the three core raw materials for photovoltaic silver paste: silver powder, glass powder, and organic carriers, mastering several key core technologies for process control. It is one of the few paste manufacturers in China with full industry chain self-research and production capabilities and has established long-term stable cooperative relationships with well-known manufacturers such as Tongwei Co., Ltd., JA Solar Technology, Trina Solar, Aiko Solar, and Chint New Energy
