# CH BEIDAHUANG: Resumption of trading on July 14 regarding injunctions against several directors

According to the announcement from CH BEIDAHUANG (00039), the court issued an order during the hearing regarding the application on July 11, 2025 (including) that until the substantive hearing of the application or further order from the court: (a) Ms. He shall not in any way act as a member of the nomination committee or take any action; (b) the reappointment of directors and Mr. Huang shall not in any way act as directors, committee members, or committee chairs (as applicable) or take any action (including participating in board meetings); and (c) the hearing of the application is postponed for substantive debate before the judge on a designated date.

The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of its shares starting from 9:00 AM on July 14, 2025 (Monday)
