# ZHAOLONG: Issuance of shares to specific objects approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center

On the evening of July 13th, ZHAOLONG announced that the company's application for a private placement of shares has been approved by the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company plans to raise no more than 1.195 billion yuan through the issuance of shares to specific targets, and after deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used for the construction project of the production base in Thailand, the intelligent manufacturing project of high-speed cables and connection products, and to supplement working capital
