DAS-Security announced that the shareholding reduction plan of its shareholder Alibaba Investment, which holds more than 5% of the shares, has expired. Alibaba Investment originally held 8.3654 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.18% of the total share capital. After the implementation of the reduction plan, Alibaba Investment holds 5.3043 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.1969% of the total share capital, with a reduction ratio of 2.9992%. The reduction methods include block trading and centralized bidding, with a reduction price range of 40.61 to 55.42 yuan/share, and the total amount of the reduction is 138 million yuan
