Kingenta announced on July 14 that it expects a net loss attributable to shareholders of 60 million to 100 million yuan in the first half of 2025, compared to a profit of 168 million yuan in the same period last year. The main reasons for the company's loss in the first half of 2025 are: losses from certain external investments affecting the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by approximately 70 million yuan; and non-operating expenses related to pending litigation affecting the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by approximately 30 million yuan
