# JiHua Group issued a profit warning, expecting a 95.60% year-on-year decrease in net profit attributable to the parent company in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JiHua Group (603980.SH) announced that the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of 4.4 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 95.60% compared to the same period last year (statutory disclosure data), which is a reduction of 95.6743 million yuan.

The non-recurring gains and losses attributable to the owners of the parent company for this period are approximately 14.2 million yuan, a decrease of 87.44% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the company's wholly-owned subsidiary responding to government requirements and confirming asset disposal gains of 159.3943 million yuan from the demolition of some assets
