PANDA FINANCIAL announced that the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 6 million and 9 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 63.40%-75.60% compared to the same period last year. It is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, will be between 4.5 million and 7.5 million yuan for the first half of 2025, a decrease of 68.06%-80.84% compared to the same period last year. This performance forecast is a preliminary estimate made by the company's finance department based on operating conditions and has not been audited by a certified public accountant
