# Morn: Shareholder Rongping Information plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's total share capital

Morn announced that its shareholder Rongping Information is passively reducing its holdings due to Dongxing Securities' plan to reduce the pledged company shares. Rongping Information plans to passively reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 13.176 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement is disclosed, through centralized bidding and block trading, with no more than 1% of the company's total share capital reduced through centralized bidding and no more than 2% through block trading
