INNO LASER announced that its controlling shareholder, DeTai Investment, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2,272,000 shares, which does not exceed 1.50% of the total share capital after deducting the repurchase account, within 90 days after the disclosure date of this announcement. Shareholder AiTai Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1,564,405 shares, which does not exceed 1.03% of the total share capital after deducting the repurchase account
