Shifeng Cultural announced that shareholder Cai Junquan and his concerted actor Cai Junsong plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.04 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from August 6, 2025, to November 5, 2025. Cai Junquan holds 33.14% of the company's shares, while Cai Junsong holds 7.50%. The reason for the reduction is the shareholder's own funding needs. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
