# LUK HING ENT's subsidiary plans to issue convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 3 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LUK HING ENT (08052) announced that on July 14, 2025, its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Huayun Group Limited, intends to issue convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 3 million to Futian Asia Holdings Limited. These convertible bonds can be converted into approximately 121.4 million shares at a conversion price of HKD 0.0247 per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The target company mainly engages in the catering business by operating restaurants in the catering industry
