CHANGHONG HUAYI announced that the company will first implement the repurchase of shares through a special securities account for repurchase via centralized bidding on July 15, 2025. The number of repurchased shares is 1.4353 million shares, accounting for 0.21% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 7.13 yuan/share, a lowest transaction price of 7.07 yuan/share, and a total transaction amount of 10.1976 million yuan. This repurchase complies with the company's share repurchase plan and relevant laws and regulations
