# SXN: Plans to reduce holdings by no more than 5.731 million shares

SXN announced that the company plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.731 million shares through centralized bidding trading within 6 months after the announcement date, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital. If there are changes in the number of shares due to stock dividends, capital reserve transfers to increase share capital, etc., during the reduction period, the company will adjust the reduction quantity accordingly. The funds obtained from the reduction will be used to supplement the company's working capital. If this reduction plan is completed, the number of shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account will change from 8.8663 million shares to 3.1354 million shares, and the shareholding ratio will change from 3.09% to 1.09%
