# ZHONGSHENG GAOKE: Control may change, suspended from trading starting July 16

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHONGSHENG GAOKE (002778.SZ) announced that on July 15, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder Suzhou Wuzhong Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. and its concerted party Suzhou Wuzhong District Tiankai Huida Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tiankai Huida"). Tiankai Huida is planning to transfer its 22.35% stake in the listed company at a valuation of 2.5 billion. This matter may lead to a change in the company's control. The counterparty for this transaction is Fuzhou Qianjing Investment Co., Ltd., which is primarily engaged in investment business and is controlled by Mr. Weng Shengjin and Ms. He Cong, a married couple. This equity change still needs to go through the relevant procedures for the agreement transfer.

In addition, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from July 16, 2025, and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
