# Guochuang Hi-tech issues a profit warning, expecting a net profit attributable to the parent company of 0 to 2 million yuan in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guochuang Hi-tech (002377.SZ) disclosed its performance forecast for the first half of 2025, expecting a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to be between 0 and 2 million yuan, turning a profit; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between -1 million and 1 million yuan.

In the first half of 2025, the company expanded its business in the East China market, with asphalt sales increasing compared to the same period last year, leading to a year-on-year increase in operating revenue; at the same time, the company reduced costs and increased efficiency in the first half of 2025, with expenses decreasing year-on-year, resulting in a year-on-year increase in net profit
