JinJi: Shareholders Taixing Zhiyuan and Taixing Zhizhen plan to reduce their holdings by 0.15% and 0.13% of the company's shares, respectively

JinJi announced that shareholder Taixing Zhiyuan Enterprise Management Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of 687,000 shares of the company through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, accounting for 0.15% of the company's total share capital. Shareholder Taixing Shizhi Enterprise Management Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of 587,000 shares during the same period, accounting for 0.13% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal financial arrangements of the investors, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices, not lower than the issuance price
