# DAHUA INC's holding subsidiary, Huairui Technology, plans to adjust its listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAHUA INC (002236.SZ) announced that the company will hold the 14th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors and the 10th meeting of the 8th Supervisory Board on July 15, 2025, to review and approve the proposal regarding the adjustment of its controlling subsidiary to be listed overseas. The Board of Directors agreed to change the proposed listing location of its controlling subsidiary Zhejiang Huarui Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huarui Technology") from a domestic securities exchange to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"), and authorized the company and Huarui Technology's management to carry out preliminary preparations for this spin-off to be listed overseas
