TAILIN BIOTECH announced that the transfer of 12.1 million shares from Mr. Ye Dalin, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, to Ms. Ni Weiju through a negotiated transfer has been completed with the registration of the transfer on July 15, 2025. Ms. Ni Weiju has committed not to actively reduce her holdings of the shares obtained from this transfer in any way within 12 months from the completion of the transfer. This transfer does not involve any reduction in the secondary market and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
