According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangsu Andefu Ship Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: domestic ship management services; inter-provincial passenger ship and hazardous goods ship transportation; international ship agency; ship leasing; ship sales, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Andefu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Nanjing Shenghang Shipping and others
