# LUYIN INVEST: The change of the name of the controlling shareholder has been completed

LUYIN INVEST announced that its controlling shareholder, Shandong Guohui Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., is planning a strategic restructuring with Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. According to the merger agreement, Shandong Guohui will absorb the original Shandong Development, and after the merger is completed, the original Shandong Development will be deregistered, while Shandong Guohui will continue to exist. Recently, with the approval of the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the name of the controlling shareholder has been changed to Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the original Shandong Development has completed the deregistration procedures. This change will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's normal production and operation activities
