WCJL announced that the company first implemented a share repurchase on April 22, 2025. As of July 15, 2025, a total of 719,500 shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.35% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchased shares was RMB 14.07 per share, and the lowest transaction price was RMB 13.74 per share, with a total transaction amount of RMB 10.0053 million. The repurchased shares are intended for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans, and the relevant plans have not yet been implemented. The company's total share capital has not changed
