Shuifa Gas: Adjusting the issuance price and quantity of stocks issued to specific objects
Shuifa Gas announced that, in light of the completion of the company's 2024 annual equity distribution, the issue price of the company's stock issued to specific objects for the year 2023 has been adjusted from RMB 5.29 per share to RMB 5.23 per share, and the number of shares issued has been adjusted from no more than 94.518 million shares to no more than 95.6023 million shares. There are no changes to other matters related to this issuance
