# ZMEE plans to acquire 100% equity of Nan Taihu Technology for 1.457 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZMEE (603071.SH) announced that the company plans to use self-raised funds of 1.457 billion yuan to acquire 100% equity of Huzhou South Taihu Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "South Taihu Technology") held by Xinwang Energy. South Taihu Technology is a mature enterprise in the field of cogeneration in Zhejiang Province. The acquisition of 100% equity of the target company reflects the company's optimism about the cogeneration industry and the development prospects of the target company, aiming to enhance the company's market share in the cogeneration field and further consolidate its industry-leading position in the energy sector.
