According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DU DU HLDGS (08250) announced that on April 30, July 4, and July 14, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Yue Sheng, acquired a total of 836,000 shares of BRIGHT SMART through the Stock Exchange in the open market, at a total cost of approximately HKD 10.64724 million (excluding transaction costs, with an average price of about HKD 12.74 per share of BRIGHT SMART)
