# GOODWILL: China Life Chengda reduced its holdings by 4.1276 million shares

GOODWILL announced that the shareholding reduction plan of its shareholder China Life Chengda Health Industry Equity Investment Center, which holds more than 5% of the shares, has been completed. Before the reduction, China Life Chengda held 16.8121 million shares, accounting for 12.22% of the total shares of the company. After the reduction, the number of shares held decreased to 12.6845 million shares, and the shareholding ratio dropped to 9.22%. This reduction was carried out through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling a reduction of 4.1276 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between 23.05 and 30.25 yuan per share, with a total amount of 105 million yuan
