# Asiainfo Security: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

Asiainfo Security announced that its shareholders Nanjing Lexin, Nanjing Junxin, Nanjing Xinzhi, Nanjing Hexin, Nanjing Xinyu, Nanjing Xinning, Nanjing Xinya, Nanjing Xinda, Nanjing Jianxin, and Nanjing Xinxin plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 12,000,300 shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 4,000,100 shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 8,000,200 shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be implemented within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
