# Soho Holly plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan not exceeding 4.9312 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Soho Holly (600128.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant no more than 4.9312 million shares of restricted stock to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 2% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the draft plan. A total of 73 recipients will be granted, with a grant price of 5.66 yuan per share
