According to the announcement from GZYK (002524.SZ), in line with its strategic development plan, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining management structure to enhance management efficiency and professional management level, the company intends to transfer all of its equity in Toksun County Xintianshan Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xintianshan") to its wholly-owned subsidiary GZYK Energy (Bazhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "GZYK Bazhou"). After the completion of this equity transfer, Xintianshan will become a subsidiary of GZYK Bazhou
