# TAILIN BIOTECH: GaoDe Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.5% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TAILIN BIOTECH (300813.SZ) stated that its shareholder holding more than 5%, as well as the controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted action partner, Qingdao Gaode Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (formerly known as Ningbo Gaode Equity Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), referred to as "Gaode Investment"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.8195 million shares, accounting for 1.5% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date of this reduction plan, through centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both
