According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHREG (000803.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the subscriber being Shandong High-speed Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: High-speed Investment), which will subscribe in cash. High-speed Investment is an enterprise actually controlled by the Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the actual controller of the company. The total amount of funds raised will not exceed 718 million yuan (including the principal), and after deducting relevant issuance costs, all will be used to supplement working capital and repay bank loans
