According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHREG (000803.SZ) has announced that Mr. Zhang Xiongjian, a shareholder of its holding subsidiary Shandong Henghua Jiaye Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Henghua Jiaye"), intends to sell his 20% stake in Henghua Jiaye. To improve decision-making efficiency and accelerate asset revitalization, the company plans to purchase the 20% stake at a price of 0 yuan. After the completion of this acquisition, Henghua Jiaye will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
