According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COSMOS (300856.SZ) announced that one of its actual controllers, Zhou Jiujing, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 14.2706 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through block trading or centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
